FoSTaC (Food Safety Training and Certification) is the FSSAI programme that trains and certifies food-business staff. Courses are Basic, Advanced and Special, delivered by FSSAI-empanelled training partners.
Certificates are usually issued within 1-3 days of completing the training and assessment. We follow up with FSSAI and share the certificate with you as soon as it is available.
Everyone who handles food. Cooks, servers, delivery and cleaning staff take the Basic level and supervisors and managers take the Advance level, so every shift has trained people. Call us to plan a batch for your whole team.
Basic courses take about 4 hours; Advanced and Special courses take roughly 8-12 hours, usually across 1-2 days. Exact timings are shown on each course page.
Send us a message - we usually reply within one working day. For the fastest answer, use WhatsApp.
