Food safety training in Pune

FoSTaC and food safety training in Pune

Pune has a dense mix of restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, bakeries, caterers and office and IT-park canteens, so one lapse in a single kitchen is quickly noticed by customers and inspectors alike.

Food Safety Consulting and Compliance is an FSSAI-empanelled FoSTaC training partner. We train food handlers, supervisors and managers in Pune, in classroom batches or at your own premises, in English, Hindi or Marathi.

What we offer in Pune

Why train your whole team now

The Maharashtra FDA has stepped up inspections: about 3,000 restaurants, dairies, cloud kitchens and quick-commerce operators were inspected in roughly two months from 25 May 2026, with 165 licences suspended or cancelled and over 750 improvement notices issued (Forbes India, 24 Aug 2026). Businesses that fixed their kitchens after a notice were let off. A trained team is the cheapest way to be ready.
